▪ Provide operational support for the collection and compilation of program data for analysis and reports. ▪ Track and support participant communications for everyday and unique program activations, especially around registration, scheduling, logistics, and follow-up. This includes building forms, tracking registrations, sending communications, and supporting survey collection.
▪ Provide technical and creative support for weekly presentations which include creating and editing PowerPoints and sharing the presentation during Zoom meetings.
▪ Support volunteer recruitment and placement in coordination with education and industry team members and maintain a tracking document of volunteer needs, asks, and confirmations. ▪ Provide necessary training for new interns and supervise them.
▪ Prepare young professionals for interviews by providing tips and support during one-on-one mock interviews.

▪ First cohort of the Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute’s DEAR Program. The program provided training on social media and digital strategy, artist/project narrative development, and budgeting.

▪ Drafted and produced templates, reports, emails and other materials that met client needs; providedlogistical support for workshops, i.e. PowerPoints, workbook creation, and scheduling.
▪ Ensured that more than 25 projects were delivered on time by managing-up and meeting restrictive deadlines.
▪ Tracked the life cycle of consultancies and managed the day-to-day project assistance to CauseEffective's Senior Associates and Program Manager on a range of administrative and analytical projects. ▪ Led volunteer projects around underdeveloped communities through the fellowship experience.

Legislative/Corrections Intern

New York State Assembly/Public Scholar Service program, New York, NY
▪ Wrote extensive papers in correlation to the intern experience through Hunter College’s Public Scholar Service Program.
▪ Opened, dated, sorted, and read over 500 letters from inmates and their family members in New York State Correctional Facilities.
▪ Wrote more than 50 letters to the acting Commissioner of the NY State Dept. of Corrections and Community Supervision on behalf of inmates and collected data on legislation in different and numerous states across the U.S.
